Liquid magnesium plus vitmin B6 and the drug, diazepam.

Also use Epsom salt hot compresses on the area for 20 minutes twice a day.

hi all,i know that there are different opinions on using steroids and ldn,i'm now affected by a terrible pain in my back(lumbar area)due to a movement not ok,considering that it started 1 week ago and is a very hard pain i'm tempted to get 1 or 2 steroid injections.did anyone have an experience like that?do you know some other drug less strong than steroids that can be used with ldn for this kind of pain(considering that i'm in italy and it is possible that the drug has another name)any advices is apreciated.my bestemilianoDelicious ideas to please the pickiest eaters.
