I gather I can use ALA by itself based on what I read so far. Has anyone

used it alone and had a lot of improvement? I guess I'd always heard the

" DM's " whenever I heard discussion of chelation by parents or others who claim

success.

Dana used ala along successfully for her kids.

The reason you hear the dm's so much with the ala is because taking

a dm with ala reduces the side effects of ala by helping remove what

ala frees up.

but you can use ala alone unless you child is toxic in other heavy

metals like lead, aluminum etc. Then you need a dm

I chelated all four of my kids with ALA.

I am using it myself now also.
