Guest guest
Hi Kerry~ Congrats on your new " helmet head " ! I think Aiden will get used to sleeping in it, no problem. My son Evan spins in his crib like a rotisserie chicken (LOL) all the time anyway! Maybe if Aiden naps in it today, he will sleep better with it on tonight! Good luck and keep us posted! - Evan's mom - In Plagiocephal y@y..., " Kerry " <kwcheeky@h...> wrote: > Hello to all, > > Aiden got his helmet yesterday and has done very well with it so > far. Guest guest
Max has had his helmat for 4 days now and has only slept half a night in it. He has always slept through the night without a peep and with the helmet he wakes up every half hour or so crying. We take it off after a while and prop him up sideways. every night he's gone a little longer with it and we are hoping soon he makes it through the whole night. The helmet doesn't seem to fit perfectly and it kind of squishes one ear. Hopefully when we get our first adjustment it will fit better. Good luck. Hi Kerry, Aiden & Everyone, Welcome to helmethead-ville :-) I'm so happy to hear that things are going pretty well for you so far! Sorry I didn't respond quicker, things have been busy. 's getting casted for his second helmet tomorrow after seeking the advice of our ped. She agreed to take advantage of his age (11 months) and we can only see more improvement. So we're officially " ungraduating " . At least we've gotten a couple of weeks of bare head. Wish us luck on the casting, ugh! Keep us posted on Aiden's progress. e 4/00 (banded 12/00, graduated 1st helmet 3/01) Gaylord, Michigan
