Ive spent a few hours reading the posts here and looking at all the files, and Im just glad not to feel alone in all this. My daughter Hope (4mos) was diagnosed just last week with positional plagiocephaly and we go for a casting for a helmet on April 2nd. Her twin brother, Evan, has a mild flattening on hte back of his head too, and we are hoping to be able to adjust that with repositioning. If not, he may also be going for a helmet. One question that immediately occurs to me is whether anyone has had any success with the Knickknackpaddywhack cushions - (http://www.knickknackpw.com). I thought you werent supposed to use pillows with infants, so Im wondering whether to go this route or not. I would also love to hear from anyone who has had any luck with Aetna insurance.
