Rita,

I'm your woman! My son is 26 and we tested him first at the age of 20. BUT,

you don't look for mercury, you look for the " scatter pattern " in the essential

elements. Look for Andy Cutler's " counting rules " in the files of this list.

And yes, we did find the " scatter pattern " in his hair which became more

pronounced as we started chelating.

Be aware that with these older kids they may have LOADs of other heavy metals

built up in their bodies that you have to address as well as the mercury. That

takes a LOT of time.

By the way, the MMR only has mercury put in during processing, not at the end,

so SHOULDN'T affect the results too much.

I have no answers to the " Tyler " mystery " . I am going

to tell you that I think that it sounds VERY logical

that a " Mercury " induced toxicity caused his MR. They

used Mercury in the vaccines in the time period in

which he was vaccinated.

WOULD THE HAIR TEST REVEAL THE MERCURY FROM 15 YEARS

AGO??? HE HAD A MMR BOOSTER A FEW MONTHS AGO. WOULD

THAT INHIBIT THE HAIR TEST RESULTS? HAS ANY ONE HAD AN

OLDER KID TESTED FOR MERCURY EXPOSURE FROM AT LEAST 15

YEARS AGO??????WHERE CAN I GO TO HAVE A HAIR TEST

What kind of a doctor will do the test? Will a pediatrition get

involved if they know why I am doing the test? I guess I need to read

about the chelating process. I do not really understand what it is. I

My daughter is 22 now and we discovered most of this info when she

was about your son's age. Implementation of the Cutler protocol,

proper supps and chelation[low and slow], has yeilded health

improvements for her. We've used the hair test, among others, to

guide us. You can find info in the files on this. Posting the results

here will give you much help for interpretation. Just reading some of

the followup studies done on those poisoned in the Minamata Disaster

has kept me going. It does NOT get better over time without proper

interventions.

I tested my 11 year old and it showed up on her test. And my own

test and I had not had any shots in at least 10 years by that point.

Many people get tested no matter the age or how long ago the

exposure. It shows up.

* You want the Hair Elements Test which includes toxic metals and essential and

other elements (like calcium, sodium, potassium, etc.) so you can apply the

counting rules. The Toxic Metals test does not include the essentials so is

useless regarding the counting rules.
