How long to get STAR Band?

We waited about 2 weeks for our helmet. I don't know what the standard is for

the STARband.

My son was cast about 2 weeks ago (2/28), but I have not yet received

the helmut. How long should it take? I live in CA.

Hi - we were casted on 2/1(STARband) and didn't get ours until

2/19...it was ready on 2/14 (I couldn't get there any sooner) You

should have it soon!

Deborah:

Abby was casted the 1st week of Oct for her STARband - we rec'd it 5

weeks later - I think the longest process was they had to get

approval from our insurance first. They told me average time was 4-6

weeks to receive the band.

I live in CA too and it took us 1 day shy of 3 weeks. You should get it any

day! Good luck
