Guest guest Posted March 9, 2001 Report Share Posted March 9, 2001 Hi everyone, well we finally got our helmet today. Luke is doing just fine in it but I have a question. Are they supposed to be big when you first get them. I can move this helmet so easily. Every time I pick him up it shifts and I have to readjust it. It seems to keep twisting to one side so the sideburn keeps getting closer and closer to his one eye. The orthotist noticed it but just said to let him get used to it for a week and come in next week for an adjustment. He also said they are not supposed to start out snug. Does this all sound right? So far it is driving me nuts. His head is flat all across the back so I would think it shouldn't be twisting. Any advice?
