I hope all this 'cutting and pasting' goes through clearly. After all

the recent talk, I've decided this is the next supp. I was going to

try. This info is from VRP.com. Part of me says the phosphatidylserine

sounds more broad and the description sounds real good. Then the other

part of me says 'keep it simple' and go with the plain old

Phosphatidylcholine. Does anyone have any opinions or experience?

I vote for the phosphatidylcholine. It is very healing for both the

liver and the brain. The serine will lower cortisol, which in most

cases is exactly not what you want.

Yasko says you need phosphatidylcholine, phosphatidylserine and TMG to open

up the short-cut route of the 6 o'clock to 12 o'clock side of the

methlyation cycle. We've been using it about a month and see an incredible

amount of speech; clear, well thought out speech.

I have seen benefits from supplements off the clearance rack at the

hfs which contained phosphatidylcholine as an added ingredient. I

have used lysine which had phosphatidylcholine too.

I didn't notice a difference in them, they all worked the same. Even

the expired supplements with it worked for our son. We saw amazing

things with it. Can't remember what...I have a terrible memory, but

it really caused some major gains.

How much of phosphatidylcholine and phosphatidylserine you give , my son is 35

lb. I can't find dosage recs for these
