good supplements.....need suggestions???

Hi,

I need some advice on some good brands of supplements. Also what type

of Vit E and Vit C are the best to absorb??? Also, where does

everyone get there reccomendations from for dosage?

-d alpha tocepherol... the natural form of E. The others are junk.

Vit C as ascorbic acid is fine. Some prefer buffered but not necessary.

All vitamins are dose by weight, this is in the files section.

We buy from all over...Vitamin Shoppe, Kirkman, Iherb.com

anywhere you can get a natural good quality product reasonably.

In actuality a combination of gamma and alpha tocopherol is the type

of vitamin E found in nature, not just alpha. A strictly alpha form

is more likely to be synthetic than natural.

to be natural form of E..yes

This is true, however, there is some disagreement amongst nutritionists, some of

whom say that the mixed tocopherols are unstable and should not be used, ours

subscribes to that position. I know its not mainstream.

We do buy just d-alpha tocopherol which is natural Vitamin E.
