Guest guest
-d alpha tocepherol... the natural form of E. The others are junk. Vit C as ascorbic acid is fine. Some prefer buffered but not necessary. All vitamins are dose by weight, this is in the files section. We buy from all over...Vitamin Shoppe, Kirkman, Iherb.com anywhere you can get a natural good quality product reasonably. -- In , " jenwinn123 " <jenwinn@...> wrote: > > Hi, > I need some advice on some good brands of supplements. Guest guest
In actuality a combination of gamma and alpha tocopherol is the type of vitamin E found in nature, not just alpha. A strictly alpha form is more likely to be synthetic than natural. > > > > Hi, > > I need some advice on some good brands of supplements. Guest guest
Sorry, that's where I was going with it, but " brain fog " ...it needs to be natural form of E..yes > > > > > > Hi, > > > I need some advice on some good brands of supplements. Guest guest
This is true, however, there is some disagreement amongst nutritionists, some of whom say that the mixed tocopherols are unstable and should not be used, ours subscribes to that position. I know its not mainstream. We do buy just d-alpha tocopherol which is natural Vitamin E. [ ] Re: good supplements.....need suggestions???
