Yes, my daughter, Riley, is in daycare with her band. They are GREAT

there about taking care of her. The Assistant Director is the one

who does her exercises for tort and knows what to do about red

spots. They have been wonderful and VERY supportive. If you have a

place you trust, there should be no problem.

Hi. Conor is the star of the young toddler room; the kids get very

excited when he shows up and love talking about his stickers. Last

week's design change had them fascinated! I wouldn't worry about it.

We had to teach his teachers how to remove his helmet since he can't

wear it if he spikes a fever; they also know how to put it back on

after an emergency change of clothing.

I hope this helps.

My orthotist gave me written instructions for washing the band,

putting it on and off, etc. I copied these for my daycare provider.

She has been great. The other kids sometimes add stickers, but that

is fine with me. One day, they both wore Fisher Price white hard hats

all day because they wanted to look like Tyler.

My day care provider was even removing it at lunchtime to do a quick

hair washing and helmet washing, which really helped eliminate the

stinkies.

Good Luck,

mom to Tyler, helmet grad.
