Guest guest
Oleander, oh what a beautiful flower! But I can't imagine what could be done to make it non-toxic. It is one of the most dangerous of poisonous plants. Eating a leaf can kill a person, and, reportedly, people have died from eating a hotdog roasted on an oleander branch. (Remember how we used to just cut the nearest branch and peel it for a stick to roast wieners abd marshmallows at a picnic?) Personally, I wouldn't touch it with a barge pole!
