IS ANYONE ON THIS COMBO?

********************************************************

Yes. I give myself a B-12 shot (1cc) every month and have been

taking LDN for almost 2 months now. I have not noticed any

complications with the combo.

Kindest regards,

Hi Spike,

I take vitamin b12 each morning(1000ug), but in a chewable tiny

tablet form.

I get the Solgar sublingal nuggets:

http://www.solgar.co.uk/modules/shop/view.asp?catid=6 & Prodcode=E3229

They are cherry flavour and taste like candy! :)

much better than injecting yourself.

will b-12 supplements work, instead of the shots?

_marshiris@..._ (mailto:marshiris@...)

****************************************************************

Iris,

According to my surgeon, B-12 supplements will not work for ME. I am

unable to absorb it because of my surgery (Ileocolectomy). This is

an individual situation and I am sure that others are able to benefit

from B-12 supplements. I would check with your doctor (the one who

knows your health history).

I have been giving myself a B-12 shot since Dec. 2002.

Kindest regards,

Patti (a/k/a livinwithcrohns)

Hello, what does DMSO stand for? cheap n' easy caught my eye <lol>~~Laurie>> This is what I did and had blood test done and my B12 was off the chart.> I dissolved some of the under tongue pills with B6, B12, and folic acid I believe it was in DMSO and Distilled water. I took an eyedropper and spread it over the veins from wrist> to elbow. Judging from the test I'd say it worked almost as good as injection. Cheap, easy,> and no pain.

Laurie, it's an old racehorse liniment and in the process discovered it was good for a lot of things for people. It is not FDA approved except for institial cystitis. It is not patentable

so they knock it. I use it for leg cramps, Brown Recluse Spider bites, H-roids, Fire ant stings, just about everything. I'd drink some if I thought it would do these old lungs any good. Just kidding. It is a carrier and will take things into bloodstream. Should be diluted with

about 1/3 Distilled Water and skin free of soap, lotions, etc. At Health Food Stores theirs are usually diluted already and cost more. Expensive water, ya know.

> FYI Aloe Vera Gel is also a carrier and will carry into the

bloodstream much the same as DMSO and is pure good stuff!
