Guest guest
Hi Iva, You want the strips to turn green. I believe that is the higher numbers. ~Karma280 year old Mediterranean Botanical for youth and vitality 1-800-766-1132http://www.karma.awarenesshealth.com/ PH Strips Hi everyone, I am just getting over the flu and still not doing great on thebreathing. I lost 4 lbs in 2 days because I didn't eat or hardly drinkanything. Ran fevers over 100 for 2 days. Finally got back to work onFriday. I am fortunate at my age (61) I could just go to bed and didn'thave to take care of little ones. I remember those days! I have a question about the PH Strips. What number would your bodybe alkaline? Is the darker colors acidity or the light color? Karma, thanks for the list of foods that will help alkaline the body. I liketo take apple cider vinegar everyday but after awhile my face getsblotchy. Does that mean I am "overalkaline"? Iva
Guest guest
Mine turned rather dark green. I take MSM pills also which is suppose to alkalize the body. Maybe I am overdoing it. Guest guest
The last time I made KT I had more than I could drink, so I put it in wine bottles with " corks " and set it on the kitchen table. The corks pop off every so often and I squeeze them back in the bottles. The KT is very, very fizzy. But I've noticed the same kind of " clouds " that Sunny mentioned and was hoping someone would answer her question because I've never bottled it before and I don't really know what to expect. I'm a little afraid to drink the KT I bottled and am just about ready to pour it down the drain. Does it ever " go bad " ? Botulism, anthrax, anything like that possible? Sorry if this is a silly question, but my diabetic daughter and elderly mother are also drinking it and the last thing they need is to get sick from something I've done wrong. Thanks, Griphynne > > Ed, What pH would you recommend for excellent taste? Guest guest
Don't pour that kombucha down the drain. Clouds, stringy or clumpy brown stuff, and little SCOBYs in the bottles are normal (even if you strained it before bottling). It's still alive and changing, even after being bottled. If it were to go bad (not likely) you could tell by the bad taste and smell. -Patty > > > > Ed, What pH would you recommend for excellent taste?
