Guest guest
B-12 should disapate on it's own if you stop using it for a while. I would also suggest that your vit e was too high. Usually 400-800Iu is sufficient. It is not a water soluable vitamin, so it is not needed to be taken more than once a day, nor in really high amounts. If you are taking a B complex 100 then you do not need to add in additional b vitamins. I dont know what ingredients are in the bone health and liver detox but there may be something in there causing diahrrea as well. Please check Andy's supplement file in the files section for correct dosing per wieght of each vitamin. I would suggest laying off the b vites for a bit, once your condition subsides, begin slowly on lower doses. Please make sure the b complex you are using is NOT derived from yeast. This will give you diahrrea. They must be yeast free and should say so on the label. But B complex 25 0r 50 is what is recomended. And that it be taken 3-4 times a day. > > Dear all, > > I take a lot supplements recently. Guest guest
There may be an electrolyte imbalance and dehydration. If you still have diarrhea or if you still feel poorly I think it would be good to ask a doctor to test electrolytes. I would drink an electrolyte solution containing juice of 1 lemon, 2 T honey, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp baking soda. Drink lots of other fluids as well. If the diarrhea doesn't stop I would go on a fluids only diet for 24-48 h to allow the cells lining the gut to heal. Diarrhea can be associated with too high a dose of potassium. (You didn't mention what dose you were taking). It's best to talk to talk to a doctor about supplementation of potassium. I expect that the diarrhea would then cause the person to lose potassium. Guest guest
> I got several signs of Vit A toxicity. Pls suggest what should i do? Stop taking any vitamin A at all. Sometimes taking some vitamin D can help clear the toxicity more quickly. Dana
