Guest guest
Does anyone here believe in chiropractic treatments? It makes sense that if you are chelating metals out of nervous system you should move your spine around and make sure nothing is blocked. Have you heard of " arch of life " referring to the are that is supposed to exist at your neck to head. Apparently mine is 119degree reverse arch (stage 3 of 4 in decline). The place that x-rayd to show me says that it would take time and I need to do it with adjustments and excersizes. Make sense but costly and I'm thinking to put it off till later after I feel better once I do some more chelating. Or is this just quackery? Guest guest
We go to the chiropractor every 2 weeks. It makes us feel better. > Does anyone here believe in chiropractic treatments? Guest guest
I've been to several different chiropractors in the various different states where I've lived and had a variety of experiences. Most recently I went for a single session after long, painful dental work. I could tell that my neck was out. I have two particular vertebra which tend to cause problems a C-3 and T-8. In this case it was one of the usuals and the one above it. For a while before I moved here I went for weekly appts. I have a stretching routine I now do nearly every morning which includes neck exercises. My husband started doing them regularly after he had a neck injury. Following my neck injury (pulled to the ground by my hair by a youth with autism with whom I was working when I blocked him from running into traffic) I had cranial sacral therapy done instead of accepting the painkillers they wanted to prescribe. As a side benefit, the CST caused my vision to improve rather significantly. The eye doctor checked my vision 4 times because he didn't believe the change.
