Guest guest
> rice powder, Capsule shell (gelatine), Alpha Lipoic Acid, Anti caking agents (Magnesium Silicate, Magnesium Stearate). These are usually OK. The rice powder maybe or maybe not, depending on diet restrictions. > > Allergy Advice: Contains soya and sulphites. The sulfites are a deal-breaker. I'd keep looking. Guest guest
In the Uk you can get Solgar ALA. That is what I use. [ ] sourcing ALA in the UK First off, I'm in the UK. My local Holland & Barrett does not carry any ALA. I checked their website and they carry their own brand off it. I think it looks reasonable. Is there any reason I should look elsewhere? Ingredients: rice powder, Capsule shell (gelatine), Alpha Lipoic Acid, Anti caking agents (Magnesium Silicate, Magnesium Stearate). Allergy Advice: Contains soya and sulphites.
