These are usually OK. The rice powder maybe or maybe not, depending on

diet restrictions.

In the Uk you can get Solgar ALA. That is what I use.

First off, I'm in the UK. My local Holland & Barrett does not carry any ALA. I

checked their website and they carry their own brand off it. I think it looks

reasonable. Is there any reason I should look elsewhere?

Ingredients:
