flax oil and bedwetting

We recently added a capsule of flaxseed oil at bedtime for our 11 yr old ASD

daughter, and for the past 2 nights, she has wet the bed, something she has not

done in a looooong time. Anyone else have this happen? Any words of wisdom

I have noticed this for myself - that EFAs seem to increase urination.

Have no idea why. (Maybe helping toxin elimination?) So, suggest they

be taken in morning instead of evening!

For my sons and I, toxin elimination causes increased need to urinate. I

have occasionally wet my panties slightly after taking some supplements

while very ill and having it cause both a need to urinate and a violent

cough at the same time. Also, my experience is that oils are generally good

at killing bacteria and parasites and die-off can cause increased need to

urinate.
