Guest guest
Very interesting, thank you ... I really do wonder if by eliminating "yeast" in my daughter's system that that might be the answer? You didn't say whether or not you have seen improvements yourself? and, Have you consulted with Dr. Semon? Eastern Standard TimeSubj: [low dose naltrexone] Yeast Theory- Extraordinary Power to Heal-- Has anyone been tested? Have success Hi All-I've not checked in for a while. My history was a diagnosis 10 yearsago. Optic neuritis/optic neuropathy attack 1 1/2 years ago with somevision loss. In past two years increase in neuro symptoms.. eye pain, balance issues, circulation, muscled jerking/twitching, brain fog.IGENX positive western blot ( 2 bands ) fall 2006. Zhang herbs forlyme 8 months did not help. So far no positive tests for auto-immune.I started LDN (2.25mg) September 2007. Slowly improved, but still notback to where I was prior to July 2007 before bad attack. I alsoimproved during winter last year, so not sure if it is LDN or winterseason. An amish herbalist/intuitive told me all my issues includingoptic neuropathy stemmed from Yeast/Candida. I tried his diet/herbstwice and so no improvement. I am working with my GP who is very openminded and he agreed to do some detailed testing through great plainslab (specializing in autism and immune issues). Well, my full acidurine test does indicate a yeast/fungus issue! I just began anintense yeast diet and ramping up on nystatin. I know there is awealth of info and individuals who have tried everything on thisboard. Has anyone tested positive for yeast , and triednystating/diet changes? What was the outcome? Thoughts anyone?
