ALA and SAMe

Hi All,

I am new to this list and have a question. My 5yo. son is high in

antimony along with aluminum, lead and arsenic. This is according to

his DDI Hair Elements test. We cannot afford a Dr. to oversee

chelation. We plan to follow Cutler's advice for frequent low

dose ALA. I am wondering if we can give our son SAMe for the antimony

while we are doing the ALA?

Hi Staci,

Welcome. When using SAMe you need to be sure to give B vitamins in order to

keep homocysteine in check.

With high lead, you might also want to consider DMSA, available OTC

from www.vrp.com.
