It's very important to contact all providers in your area and ASK QUESTIONS in order to decide what is best for you and your situation. Luckily I found out that the helmet doesn't even work after 12 months of age. Anyway, she sent me a document comparing/contrasting the helmet and the DOC band by email. Needless to say, it was very helpful and informative. I will email it to you(hopefully I still have it saved). If anyone else needs it just email me directly or call Debbie.
