anyones baby not accept the band?

Hi to all,

I first want to say how happy I am to be a part of this group. It's

great to know there are others going through this type of ordeal with

their little ones. We're still waiting on the band to get finished

and I'm just wandering if anyone's baby has never gotten used to the

DOC band? I've heard lots of good stories about babies accepting the

band right away and not even having problems sleeping, but it seems

to me that there has got to be someone out there who was not so

lucky. Don't get me wrong, I'm hoping for the best, but I just want

to be prepared for the worst. My son went absolutely bazurk during

the casting and I'm just really worried that he will hate this thing

being on his head constantly. Do they really forget that it's

there. He's 12 months old, so he's not so young that he will just

think it's normal. Thanks for any help, Jill
