It is very high, which is why I took it with No-Fenol enzyme. However, phenol issues usually make me lethargic [adult phenol intolerance is a common cause of chronic fatigue]. Guest guest Posted May 18, 2007 Report Share Posted May 18, 2007 Dana I think to see the greatest benefit (and better taste) you would want organic raw unpasteurized, unfiltered apple cider vinegar such as Braggs or Spectrum naturals. Your health food store should have it. I can imagine that the store brand probably did taste pretty nasty. If you decide to try it again let us know how it goes. I read that organic unfiltered is the way to go, and that refined vinegar, which I guess is anything else, doesn't have the same benefits. Although I read this at the Bragg's website I tend to believe it. It also said that some supermarket vinegars are made from coal tar -- maybe that's what got you?
