Guest guest
My son was diagnosed as ASD later last year. He is high function, but with lots of behavior issues (can't keep his hands to himself, extremely perfectionist, not following directions, easily distracted and many other). After some conventional approaches, including social groups, special education, occupational therapy, sensory therapies, there have not been much progress. My wife started to try alternative approaches, such as homeopathy, chelation, biomedical (Pfeiffer Treatment Center), cfgf diet and many other things. My questions are what are the downsides of these remedies, besides money and time invested which already put lots of stress in the family, on top of my son's behavior issues.
