Guest guest
Sandy Akridge from CT reviewed my first level appeal letter and packet after the fact and sent me a note. Said I needed to hammer on that this was a " reconstructive " procedure, just like breast reconstruction after cancer. CIGNA pays for that so they should pay for reconstruction of a baby's head. It's the same darn thing and more cause there are medical benefits to correcting asymmetry. The goal is to return the babies head to a more normal shape. A thought for a letter.
