Guest guest
Most of you know that my husband and I recently learned out 13 yr old, adopted, aspie, son has been sexually molested by his now 15 yr old biological brother, during bi-annual visits, for the past five years. Noah recently acted out with inappropriate sexual behavior and is scheduled for comprehensive psych and psychosexual testing over the next 2 weeks. My question: If you were in my shoes, how would you handle this situation when new peers come into Noah's life? Would you handle the situation the same when your NT child wants to have a play mate over to your home? Would you be angry if any of your children went to play at a home that involved a situation like mine and you weren't told? I'll take all the advice you can give; don't worry about having to say things gently to me, I'm more interested in truth than in soothing my feelings.
