Guest guest
Doris, I sure can understand your frustration. My company will not pay either. They say it is cosmetic despite the three letters of medical necessity and the dozens of pieces of other documentation. I certainly can understand the need to vent about such things. The insurance company should pay. I have been through all levels of appeals and am preparing to take them to small claims court. It has been a frustrating journey, but my daughter is getting better and that is what I focus on. I think it is great that your stretching exercises seem to be paying off - that really is good news. It is very difficult when both parents work! I can't imagine what we would do if we had to drive any distance for adjustments!! Keep on hanging in there!
