Doris,

I sure can understand your frustration. My company will not pay either. They

say it is cosmetic despite the three letters of medical necessity and the

dozens of pieces of other documentation. I certainly can understand the need

to vent about such things. The insurance company should pay. I have been

through all levels of appeals and am preparing to take them to small claims

court. It has been a frustrating journey, but my daughter is getting better

and that is what I focus on. I think it is great that your stretching

exercises seem to be paying off - that really is good news. It is very

difficult when both parents work! I can't imagine what we would do if we had

to drive any distance for adjustments!! Keep on hanging in there!
