What do you suggest to help hair from sheading? ==>Hair loss is very common with candida sufferers; to correct it do the candida program, including all supplements listed - each supplement is there for a reason, and the diet and supplements work together. > > Is it necessary for me to take Vitamin B and C? Do we get enough of these vitamins from the diet? What brands do you recommand? Any > websit with good deals? ==>Yes, vitamin B complex and C are extremely important to take! Natural Factors is a good brand. > > Last week, I cheated on my diet with one piece of pineapple, bbq meat friday, a slice of bread last tuesday. I think the food that got me sick is the bbq chicken, it must be sugar cured, I recorded it tasted sweet. I cut back on nuts all together last week. It was not easy. I don't want to get sick again. I am planning to follow the diet more carefully & not cheat. ==>Good for you !! > > What is your thought on coconut water? Are we allow? ==>I don't know what coconut water is, but you cannot have coconut milk, coconut cream, shredded coconut or coconut meat - the only form of coconut is the oil because it does not contain sugars. > > One year and a half ago after my husband left, I developed cea. I didn't know what it was, I went to my derm. He gave me antibiotic. Everytime I am on it, my skin clears up. I had to get off sometimes due to yeast infection. then I wait until my yeast infection gets better then go back on antibiotic. This cycle lasted for a year until I told the doc I feel pain and discomfort at the abdominal area from taking the antibiotic. doc was reluctanct to give me anymore antibiotic, he didn't know what to do with my face. so he gave me lower doses of antibiotic, I just didn't want to take any more because it is making me sicker insider. At the same time, I started developing food allegies, and ichy bottom. I know going back to my doc is not going to help. I didn't see any doc and had terrible skin for the pass 10 months. My rosacea got better after I started your diet. My bottom no longer inchy and I don't hv anymore yeast infection. finger wart got smaller. My toe nails looks better. They are not grey or dirty looking. My nails are strong, they don't break easily. ==>That's excellent to hear Mand! Very very well done my friend! > > You hv great deal of knowledge on healing food and herbs. Where did you learn all your information? where did you go to school? Is this your career? I am glad you are starting this group to help people like myself. ==>No, this is not my career. I first started learning when my doctor started me on Dr. Crook's cave man's diet in 1985 when I was so very sick. I ran my own Candida Support Group in 1986 and learned a lot more. That's when I wrote my first article, which I handed out to family, friends, and fellow candida sufferers. I started collecting alternative health information and my knowledge and files have increased over the years. What helped me learn the most was getting on the internet 4 years ago. Guest guest
Good Grief!!!!!!!!!!! Yeah...we had one successful day potty training a on Saturday and then... I put her to bed as usual and about 30 minutes later heard that dreaded sound....the gag/cough sound...the sound she has NEVER made..... Yeah...she threw up....OMG.....she was terrified! Poor thing was trying to wipe her face with a tissue when I got in there :-( Anyway after another bath and Nikki helping me wash her bed and all I got her settled back in. She slept fine and woke up Sunday with quite a fever :-( She ran a fever all day yesterday and was really puiny...she ate ice pops and drank "tea with ice"...didn't want any other drink...my southern girl :-) So...of course she is home today...still not feeling well....and in pull-ups... OKAY....how do you guys deal with the child who is obviously sick but who wont tell you what hurts ect? Even if we just ask "does you tummy..." she says no to everything (pain perception is off) and gets mad that we are asking....HELP!!!! Guest guest
I am sory to hear that a is sick. My ds was like that as well when he was younger. One thing that comes to mind that you could try is maybe tell her that the sickness is because of tiny little monsters that like to get kids sick. Ask her where the tiny monsters are. It worked for my ds son. I hope she gets better soon. Take care. I hope that helps. Christie -------------- Original message -------------- From: " C" <justformom@...> Good Grief!!!!!!!!!!! If you don't want to say you are sick you could tell them that something unexpected came up that you need to deal with so you hope it is okay to take a couple of days off. >> > Also, I have been doubling up on Vitamin C - is there anything else I can do to make this go away quicker (assuming it's not retracing symptoms). ==>Do whatever you can to help your body detoxify - scroll down in this article to the last few sections, starting with Baths: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/detox.php Also see the article on colds, coughs, etc.: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/colds.php (Note: I am still working on formatting some of the articles so I haven't gotten to this one yet.)
