Guest guest Posted February 21, 2001 Report Share Posted February 21, 2001 I saw on the CT website a note that the State of NC certificate requires that coverage be provided for cosmetic procedures to correct congenital diseases or anomolies/birth defects in minor children so even though plagio isn't cosmetic parents can likely cite this law and get their headbands paid for.
