Guest guest
1. We are moving! We will be joining my husband where he has been living during the week, about three hours away, permanentlyin July! I am so excited to be a full time wife and mommy again..well I guess I have beena time and a half mommy for awhile now. My son is very excited about the move, not even upset that we have to take down our pool or put some things in storage..I figured he would be. So so far so good on that. Any tips for moving to a new house and town with these guys? anything I should be on the lookout for? Of course I will be lugging all of his iep paperwork and such with me to get him registered for first grade. They had mentioned holding him back, but he has improved in his math skills so much with just a couple months of one on one tutoring they want to send him on so yay. 2. Anyone ever do this? I was looking through some old photos last night and came on some of my son when he was between 1 and 3....looking at them now and knowing what I know, the signs of autism were THERE why didnt I see them? That faraway look in his eyes, the quietness, wanting to be alone...how could all that have just seemed normal to me? I thought I just had the sweet quiet laid back baby I had asked for I am tempted to feel some guilt for not seeing it though. Would it have made a difference? Would I have treated him/trained him differently? It did remind me though of what a sweet sweet baby he was . ok enough am rambling . time to take that swweet sweet baby to kindergarten kate
