Guest guest
Recently, I submitted a post asking for people to help Sweeney, a mother whose child was taken away by Child Protective Services, by signing a petition that posted online. The amount of support that has received has been overwhelming and truly proves the good nature of humankind. It has been brought to my attention that individuals are offering to help with her financial situation and have offered to send money contributions to aid her in her time of need. I must state for the record, that I, as an individual, or while acting as a representative of CAPS, never solicited anyone for money on 's behalf, nor did I ever encourage to solicit anyone for money. It needs to be stated that I, myself as an individual, and the non- profit organization CAPS cannot be held accountable for what individuals choose to do. If an individual chooses to help financially, it is between that person and , and myself or CAPS hold no responsibility for their actions or for any outcomes. I need to state this for the record in order to protect my personal interests as well as the interests of CAPS. As a representative of CAPS I have supplied with information that will be beneficial to her case. I have also given her contact information for various people and organizations that will be able to assist her. As an individual, I am lending what emotional support I can. Sincerely, Jaya Dong Director of CAPS Positional Plagiocephaly Division This has also been sent to Sweeney, and Pitchke of CAPS
