Hello Again,

I just received a call from Canada Life saying they were

going to cover the cost of Zachary's helmet. GREAT!

I called last week when I received the denial letter and questioned

why it was not covered. I my husband's insurance book it states

braces are covered and the helmet is an orthotic brace. Well I guess

they back tracked and discovered a mistake was made.

I really hope that anyone having trouble getting their child's band

or helmet covered will have success.

P.S.

I would like to attach a picture of my boys. Can anyone explain

how its done. We have a scanner so I guess its not that complicated.
