Hi Connie:

Cranial Technologies does function differently than many of the other

companies out there. To ensure that all treatment is uniform and that

all the DOC protocols are followed, only clinicians trained by CTI

make adjustments on DOC Bands.

There is no partnership between RDA and CTI except in the Kansas City

RDA office. Both Kansas City Clinicians, Bob Kuenzi, CPO and Jan

Wollard, PT, CO have spent extensive training time at CTI. No other

RDA clinicians are licensed to provide DOC Bands or to make

adjustments to DOC Bands.

As many of you have already reported, there are numerous skill levels

of clinicians providing Bands & Helmets. By requiring all clinicians

working with the DOC Band to undergo the same training as well as

site visits by our team, we are able to assure the same quality is

provided to each child throughout the U.S.

A list of DOC Centers and clinicians can be found on our website at

www.cranialtech.com.

Sincerely,

Carol kson
