FINALLY DID IT!!!!

i finally posted (in the files section under aitan) both the letters

i've written so far and some photos of both the starband and the doc

band. i am enclosing the letters with mixed feelings though. on the

one hand it is very hard to " post your business " for the world to

criticize, but on the other hand-i feel like i need to. i want people

to see why i was always posting so negatively before. and maybe you

will all understand. and also, for others to use as a comparison and

maybe the letters will help someone else.

i looked thru all the other photos for hours tonight and realized that

yes-i was one of the very few who had such a " botched " devise. i am

still so angry with my previous orthodist and really do believe i

deserve the refund. i hope this is taken well-lisa

First of all, your Aitan is a cutie!! His DOC band looks to be

a MUCH better headband and fit for his little head. I think your

letter to the Starband people is well written and I hope that it helps

so that others don't get the same product as you did.

Good luck with the DOC band!! I think you did the right thing!
