Totally Confused with UHC- UPDATE

Hi Guys,

Now get this, now UHC is saying they never recieved my letter! Can

you believe that one?? Thankfully I sent it priority mail, return

receipt...so I have a tracking confirmation number that proves they

recieved it and on what day. A supervisor called me yesterday to get

the confirmation number to make sure I wasn't making it up.....she

said if she sees what I see (on the USPS website) that she'll find

out what happened to my letter and find out what is going on.

Gotta love this place!!!!

I will let you all know if they " find " my letter....it is probably

sitting on someone's desk somewhere. I tell ya though, I really LOVE

how first they say the appeal is denied and then when you push

it's " oh gee, you never sent us a letter for an appeal! "

GGGGGRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR, talk about frustration!
