I still cannot get over how horribly it fit your poor baby. I am also awaiting a letter from our local hospital which they've promised twice now, stating they will " guarantee " us a full refund for our bad STARband " upon return of the band " . I still don't know whether or not I'm going to return the band or not. I'm very upset at the way my local hospital has handled this. Funny I'm still waiting for the return of Abby's before pictures they took as well, just like you. Strange how they won't release those to us huh? Again, the least they can do is refund us our money.
