Guest guest
When he was little my son broke his wrist. He cried for just a couple of minutes. We went to the ER to get it x-rayed and when the dr told him to get up on the table he used his hands to hoist himself up (putting his weight on his wrist). When the dr asked him if it hurt when he moved it this way and that he would say, “a little” . When he was asleep at night he would start moaning in pain. The DR wouldn’t give him anything for pain though because he said it only hurt a little. But used to I would think he'd be in pain if he walked into a pole, cuz he wasn't watching where he was walking, but he would shake it off and continue with his walking. He has braces and he does complain of them, but probably not as much as I would. Be a better friend, newshound, and know-it-all with Mobile. Try it now. Guest guest
MY son has pulled adult teeth out when he is upset with us, the dentist asked him if it hurt and he said a little. He has also removed his toe nails. We think he would make a great spy someday. He's had surgey a couple times and required little post op pain meds, I would medicate him because I knew he had to have some pain, but he would rarely complain. But let him get a paper cut and you would think someone cut off his arm. Suzanne -- ( ) aspies with pain My son is the same way with pain, although the older he gets he seems to feel the pain more. Guest guest
My son nodded off during a root canal this year. He has had numerous stitches in his life and never even shed a tear with the injuries. Extremely high tolerance for pain.
