I'm one of your members who checks in from time to time, but since my baby is not truly a plagio baby (she had CVR surgery for sagittal and wears the DOC Band as followup treatment prescribed by her plastic surgeon) I don't feel qualified to even respond to most of the posts I read. But I do want to share our happy news about the insurance company making their adjustment! Yipeeeeeeeeee! And the really good news is that it was a simple letter from the heart, basically saying "surely this must be an error, please look at this claim again!" I didn't know how to even begin to write a letter with all of the legal stuff in it! Anyway, it worked for us and we are so happy! Plus (I'm just full of good news!)
