Heidi,

To find out if you qualify you will actually have to meet the EI

people. They have a service coordinator, a special ed teacher and a

physical therapist come to your home and evaluate your child. If

they find that there is a certain percentage of delay in any area or

a certain percentage of difficulty in any area, then you will

qualify.

And even if you don't qualify, they will show you some great

stretching excersizes and may be able to help you locate a good

pediatric PT.
