Guest guest Posted February 17, 2001 Report Share Posted February 17, 2001 Hello to all! If anyone out there needs help with Blue Cross/Blue Shield HMO Illinois, please let me know. I wrote one appeal letter and got their decision to pay for it today! I was SO relieved. I really expected to have to fight a little more! Thanks to another DOC Band parent in my area (whose name I got from the CT web site) who DID fight harder...I used her name and I think that made my case a bit stronger! Evan is in week 2 in the band...it's going pretty well so far! Thanks to this site and the CT site, I knew what to expect.. (stinky feet smell, some red spots, but overall no trouble adjusting!)
