Guest guest
Hello, I just wanted to let you know, you were correct in that they dont seem to be supportive of helmets. The Neuro- said J.C. has mild Plagio and exterior Hydrocephaly bladi bla bla- it was a 5 word name- in other words that the exterior of his skull probably does have a little more fluid than than normal and once his brain catches up by around age 2 to 2 1/2- the extra fluid will be absorbed- about the plagio- the doc said out of a score 1-10 he is at a 2. with one being the mildest- because he has reached all of his other milestones and is so alert- the doc wants us to continue to do follow up visits at least 2 to 3 more times at 3 mo intervals- if J.C. finds his own growth curve but just happens to be slightly above the rest- the doc is worried. but if J.C. starts to go off on his own curve or starts digressing with any of his milestones(we'll call right away) and he will schedule a Cat scan- He asked if we really wanted a cat scan now he would set us up for one- and we could just think about it and call back if we wanted- he was completely ok with that- there are pro's and cons to the sedation and radiation involved in the cat scan- so i guess for right now- i will just watch and watch and watch- I'm curious how editg did with the appt in Baltimore MD?? Guest guest
Hi, I noticed that I am not getting all the e-mails from the group -- I was just curious about this subject, since we first tried Children's Hospital in DC and they told us that 's head would round out on it's own with re-positioning -- this was when she was 7 months old. It never did. She is now 13 months old and we got the DOC Band last month, and it is working beautifully! Could someone please forward the original e-mail to me (johnson1198@...)? Thank you! -- & --
Guest guest
: I'm not sure which email you mean, but you can search the archives (Messages link). There is a search engine there. Just type in the subject/author you are looking for. Kendra in Canadawww.plagiocephaly.org/support... ----- Original Message ----- From: johnson1198@... Guest guest
Kendra, I am sorry -- I am not very good at this internet stuff -- How do I get to the messages? Thank you! -- --
Guest guest
Kendra, Thank you for the info - yes, I am trying to get to the archives - but the only option it will allow me to choose is " Home " . It won't let me choose " messages, chat, files " , etc. (I signed in with my name and password.) Do I have to pay to belong to the group since I am an AOL member? Sorry to do this to you, but there are a few items I am anxious to look at (the above subject and the petition for .) Thank you so much for your help! -- --

Guest guest
: You're looking for the archives, right? Ok, go to the plagio home page Plagiocephaly . On the left you will see a list of links. Click MESSAGES. Once you're there, in the upper right corner, you will see a search box. Type in the subject/author of the message you were looking for, and hit SEARCH. If you need more help, let me know. Kendra in Canadawww.plagiocephaly.org/support... ----- Original Message ----- From: johnson1198@... Guest guest
: It looks as tho your account hasn't been transferred to . Somewhere up in the left corner of the homepage, you will see something for eGroups members (it's a square). Click on it, and it will help you transfer over. It only takes a minute. Let me know!
