what can help Chicken Pox looking sores?

There isn't any fever and no spots on his truck, but the red spots are

popping out (6 new ones today) and they itch really bad. He has about 10 so

far.2 of them have clear fluid in them, which the Pediatrician said looks

just like Chicken Pox, without the rest of the symptoms. 2 of his sores are

infected and he wants him to take an antibiotic for those and soak in Aveeno

Oatmeal bath. I hate to do antibiotics since we are working on yeast

already. Any other tricks I can do to help him?
