Yet another question about Threelac!

I've another question about Threelac - and this is AFTER doing a

search and still not finding what I needed.

Quick history - 3 yr old, horrible yeast, list of things that have not

worked:

nystatin, probiotics, diflucan, ketakonazole, sporanox, more

probiotics and even more probiotics

so, my questions:

1. While giving Threelac, do I continue to give the probiotics he is

currently on?

2. What about the Sporanox (antifungal medication) that he is

currently on?

3. Start with 1 packet and increase by 1/2 packet, how often?
