,

My younger brother 37 just had a lesion removed from his lower back

and it is positive for malignant melanoma. I have read a study from

Sloan Kettering and malignant melanoma cells lacking DPPIV activity.

My brothers digestion has not been right last few months, his

description to me seems as if protein is just sitting in his stomach.

GI work up showed only sludge in the gallbladder. SLightly dilated

hepatic duct. Of course the GI guy wants to send him to a surgeon to

r/o gallbladder disease. I think it is more than that alone. I am

looking for information to give him to get him on an enzyme that

contains DPPIV as I think it could help him. If you could direct me

where to find this information,in regards to cancer and DPPIV and

what would be the best brand to use I see Kirkmans has a product with

it as does Prothera. Family history is ripe with cancers with

metastasis to bone, my son has osteopenia, so bone is true weak spot

in our family. With the lesion at the base of his spine, a spread

scares the heck out of me. Josie told me to ask you she is my guru

enzyme resource, and she said you would probably have the info or

direct me to it. Thanks for your help, if you can.
