I just received the results from my son's IGG & IGE allergy tests.

The IGG said

Wheat +2

Eggs +3

Barley+2

Peanuts +1

Walnuts +2

Rye +2

Canola +2

Pork +1

The IGE test said

Egg whites - very low

Corn - very low

Wheat - very low

I am planning on starting a gluten free diet as soon as school

ends. I think it is going to be very difficult to rule out eggs,

gluten & corn. Many of prepared foods I see (Ian's frozen food),

use canola oil. If I stay away from gluten and give him a corn

tortilla, what kind of enzyme do I give for this? I'm not sure

which enzyme goes with which food.

Thanks,

Liz
