Is Chicken safe???

I was checking on our brand of chicken, to see it's levels, and was

astounded...at some of the levels, yes....but at the way that this was

done.. I don't understand how they can rate a product with a max of

packages used....and some only one....

I am not arguing that we need to be aware of the risks and be

careful...but I would like to see a better view of a product...more

than 5 packages and more than one time done....I would like to see a

random testing of more than just a few packages and over an extended

period of time....and then see the days totals and the mean and the get

a real feel of the testing...also more brands...many of the brands we

have never seen in our stores.... As to fast food...I have only one

thing to say....if it ain't homemade....don't eat it...
