You can order free lab kits from Great Plains. Your doc needs to fill

it out and then you do the urine sample at home and call Fed Ed (all the

shipping info is in the kit) and then they will pick it up and deliver

'next day'. The results will be mailed to you and which ever doctor

fills out the form. The kit is free, but the lab is $100. You can't

have any soy for 1 week as it will affect the number. There might be

other food restrictions, but all I remember is the soy. It will be with

the kit paperwork.
