Guest guest
I was wanting to ask maybe a dumb question. I went shopping today...and picked up a package of bakers yeast. I was checking for sneaky ingredients...and when I looked I realized that there was something familiar with the main ingred.....and sure enough....epicore is based on yeast...the kind you bake bread with... I know that Candidia is a yeast...and that bread is raised by yeast...and that bread increases yeast like crazy....but does the yeast itself cause an issue or not... My family is in real need of some immune boosting but we have so much yeast that I am now afraid to use it... Was thinking of trying it on DH....but he just finished some antibiotics......so adding yeast isn't a real good idea for him...if it causes more candida.... I know that others are using it with great success but I am just not sure why some of the folks are having such issues with it.... Does bakers yeast cause yeast....or am I just being to skittery.. Thanks Ronni
