Can candex and nystatin be given at the same time?

Does anyone know if candex and nystatin can be given at the same

time? My daughter can't take any of the azole antifungals and

nystatin alone isn't quite enough to kill the yeast. Most of the

naturals have a bad taste and she is going through a non compliant

phase, so I thought I would try candex. The only problem is that it

says to give it before breakfast and bed on an empty stomach and I

give nystatin in the morning. Any insight would be appreciated.
