Guest guest
My son, 7, started taking 1 Virastop a day 1 month ago,he improved within a week and I never increased the dose(mistake?) He is not taking any other viral supp. I forgot to give it to him on Sun and on Mon he got a rash that looks EXACTLY like the measles,he had no fever and felt fine but the school nurse sent him home saying that she had to be sure it wasn't measles since it looked identical, (she showed me a picture of it, too) Of course since he has no other symptoms his doctor didn't even want to see him saying it was contact dermititis; 2 days later it is still there but the redness is fading. Could this be a viral, maybe measles, die off? His behavoir did seem to regress slightly over the last couple of days but now he seems much better. Should I continue with the 1 a day of Virastop or should I increase it? How do I know when to stop giving it to him? Thank you!
