Hi! Everybody ,

Can anybody recommend Threelac doses for a four year old. Is it necessary to

give oxygen

element with Threelac?

I am letting the Threelac powder dissolve on her tongue, is that ok ?

I used Threelac with my 3-year-old and believe it helped quite a bit.

We didn't do the oxygen element - only the Threelac itself. She is

definitely less " yeasty " in her behaviors.

I was going to dissolve it on her tongue until I tried it myself - I

thought it was absolutely disgusting!! I read where you can mix with a

little juice, so that's how I always gave it. Much better!!

We have used threelac for the last 4 weeks and saw a great

improvement in dd bm's - for the first time they are actually dark

brown and formed. Other times we have gotten to formed but always

very light pale yellow color. We have seen some improvements in

behavior as well. We have stopped threelac for a few days as I

believe the yeast is now under control. We'll see (fingers crossed!)

We gave her 1/2 packet a day for 1 week, then increased to 1 full

packet. The full packet caused night waking with crying so we went

back down to 1/2 packet and stayed at that for 2 weeks. My dd is 5

1/2 years old and 40 lbs. I did not give any activated charcoal

though it is recommended.
